Jesus modeled to us that personal ministry and discipleship are most effective in the context of small groups. Following His example, small group ministry—or cell ministry—is the heartbeat of Harvest Family Church. Believers meet weekly in cells across the community to develop their relationships with the Lord and with one another, while also reaching out to others with the good news of the gospel. Although Harvest Family Church has a dedicated Pastoral Staff who provide major pastoral care (weddings, funerals, spiritual counsel, etc.), the congregation has the added benefit of personalized care and support from their cell leader on a weekly basis.
